The Angels are coming off their first win and are looking to make it two in a row against the Trailblazers.

The game started off well for the Angels with J. Bouchard snapping off a wrist shot to opening the scoring just 54 seconds into the game. The score would remain 1-0 until just under 3 minutes left when R. Vesall scores an equalizer.

The shootout begins in the second period as the Angels C. Davis would restore the lead 7 minutes into the second. The lead evaporates just a minute and a half later with a goal from Y. Podolyan. Two minutes later J. Bouchard adds his second goal of the game to restore the Angels lead at 3-2. The Angels would finally add an insurance goal as J. Bouchard gets his hat trick with just 3 minutes left in the second period.

The Trailblazers Y. Podolyan opens the third period with his second goal to bring the score back to 4-3. J. Bouchard responds with his 4th goal of the game to restore a 2-goal lead. J. Romo would add another insurance goal just a minute later to make it 6-3. The Trailblazers R. Babcock would get one last marker with 4 minutes left in the game, but it would prove too late for any sort of comeback. The Angels would take the game with a 6-4 final.

The Angels get their second win in a row and look to make it 3 against a tough Powder Rivers team on Wednesday.
